Mission Overview:
Join Keystone Solutions as a Business Analyst consultant to deliver a consultancy mission at our client. You will operate as the functional bridge between business stakeholders, data engineers, and analytics teams, focusing on understanding business processes, gathering requirements, and translating them into scalable analytics and reporting solutions. The mission supports the integration of data from SAP, flat files, and operational systems into a Databricks platform using a medallion architecture (Bronze, Silver, Gold) and enables business insights through Power BI semantic models and reporting solutions. As a Keystone Solutions consultant, you will execute the full scope of responsibilities outlined below in close collaboration with the client.
Consultancy Model: Work as a Keystone Solutions Consultant
- Operate under Keystone Solutions' consultancy framework, working on-site or in hybrid settings at the client's premises as needed.
- Collaborate closely with client stakeholders while being supported by Keystone Solutions' internal community, tooling, and methodologies.
- Deliver outcomes aligned to client priorities while adhering to Keystone Solutions' quality standards and values.
Dynamic Projects Across Clients
- Experience diverse challenges in enterprise data and analytics environments, including SAP and operational systems, flat file integrations, Databricks-based data platforms, and Power BI reporting.
- Contribute to medallion architecture designs (Bronze, Silver, Gold) and semantic data modeling across different business domains.
- Engage in Agile/Scrum delivery, facilitating workshops and driving alignment between business and technical teams.

Key Responsibilities (Delivered as a Keystone Solutions Consultant)
- Gather, analyse, and document business, reporting, and analytics requirements from stakeholders,
- Collaborate with Data Engineers and Architects to define source-to-target mappings and transformation requirements,
- Support ingestion and harmonization of data coming from SAP, flat files, APIs, and operational systems,
- Translate business requirements into functional specifications, user stories, and acceptance criteria,
- Contribute to the design and evolution of the Databricks medallion architecture across Bronze, Silver, and Gold layers,
- Define and document KPIs, business rules, and data quality controls together with business users,
- Support the design of Power BI semantic models,
- Validate transformed datasets and support testing and user acceptance activities,
- Facilitate workshops between business and technical teams to ensure alignment and prioritization,
- Identify opportunities for automation, standardization, and data-driven optimization,
- Maintain functional documentation, process flows, and data lineage information,
- Ensure traceability between business expectations and delivered analytics solutions,

Qualifications and Experience
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Information Systems, Business Engineering, Data Analytics, Computer Science, or related field.
- 5+ years of experience in Business Analysis, Functional Analysis, Data Analytics, or related roles.
- Strong understanding of enterprise data and analytics environments.
- Experience working with SAP or ERP-related datasets is considered a strong asset.
- Knowledge of Databricks, Lakehouse concepts, or modern cloud-based data platforms is a plus.
- 3+ years of experience with Power BI reporting and semantic modelling.
- Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- Experience working within Agile delivery teams.
Languages
- You are French or Dutch native speaking,
- Good understanding (reading and listening) in the other national language & in English (B1 or higher)
