The Business Analyst will be supporting the planning, execution, and financial performance of real estate projects developed by Rendeavour. The role involves analysis, market research, financial modelling, stakeholder coordination (limited), and the development of business cases that guide strategic decision-making. This position sits at the intersection of commercial strategy, urban planning, and project delivery, ensuring that projects are both commercially viable and aligned with the company’s long-term vision.
