About the roleViaBill is looking for a
Business Analyst to join our remote team in Poland to support and solve complex challenges within a wide range of activities.
You will support strategic initiatives, contribute to operational improvements, and ensure that operational processes are executed accurately and efficiently. The role combines analytical thinking with hands-on operational involvement.
This is a strong opportunity for someone who enjoys structured problem-solving, takes ownership of tasks, and thrives in a fast-paced fintech environment.
About you
- Up to 3 years of experience in a highly analytical role
- Fluent in English
- Strong analytical and structured thinking skills
- Comfortable working with data and translating numbers into insights
- Strong communication skills - able to explain complex topics clearly
- Detail-oriented with a structured approach to tasks
- Comfortable working cross-functionally with technical and non-technical stakeholders
- Advanced Excel / Google Sheets skills (SQL is a plus)
- Experience in fintech, payments, financial services, or e-commerce is a plus
- Experience with BI tools (Power BI or similar) is a plus
What you will do
- Support cross-functional projects from scoping to implementation
- Work with data to support decision-making and operational improvements
- Execute and improve operational processes
- Work closely with internal stakeholders from Sales, Compliance, Support, Product, and Technology
- Assist in planning and executing day-to-day assignments
- Proactively identify and help resolve organizational challenges
