We are now seeking to recruit a Business Analyst for our Change & Technology Unit (CTU). Our CTU team is responsible for liaising with internal business teams to deliver changes in business processes and technology solutions.

As part of this team, you will be the main link between the business teams, our Digital Factory and IT teams.

Your contribution to our success

  • Drive end-to-end business testing strategy by ensuring alignment of testing activities with organizational goals, Project goals, regulatory requirements, and customer expectations.
    Oversee and monitor the different test types and scopes across programs and projects, ensuring quality, optimization, and completeness of delivered solutions.
    Establish and drive a robust governance and reporting framework to provide status, manage risks, and enable informed decision-making for business and IT stakeholders.
    Champion business assurance by validating that end-to-end processes, functional flows, and integrations meet strategic objectives.
    Lead cross-functional collaboration between business, technology, and testing teams to ensure adherence of testing principles and coverage of critical requirements.
    Implement Risk and value-driven testing practices that focus on risk mitigation, customer impact, and measurable business outcomes.
    Monitor functional scope rigorously to prevent scope creep, ensure test traceability, and maintain quality across multiple programs.
    Develop and mentor high-performing test teams, fostering expertise in business domain and functional knowledge
    Leverage automation, analytics, and AI in testing to enhance efficiency, accuracy, and time-to-market.
    Act as the single point of accountability for overall business testing quality, ensuring executive stakeholders have clear visibility into Scope, Progress, Risks, Issues, Dependencies

Your skills

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Management, Engineering, Information Technology or a related field (Master's preferred), or equivalent professional experience.
  • Around 4 years of relevant experience within the Fund Industry, with a proven track record in large, complex initiatives.
  • Solid fund industry knowledge with good financial instrument literacy.
  • Demonstrated experience leading cross-functional teams and driving end-to-end process transformation, including process redesign, standardisation and operating model optimisation.
  • Strong data affinity, including exposure to data governance and data quality (ownership, traceability, consistency, controls).
  • Ability to translate business and regulatory/reporting requirements into workable operational and technology solutions.
  • Experience in designing scalable process automation (beyond testing) to improve control, efficiency, accuracy, timeliness and scalability.
  • Familiarity with control frameworks, KPI-driven improvements and measurable operational outcomes.
  • Some practical experience with Python or other coding/scripting, and pragmatic use of analytics / AI.
  • Proficiency in project management methodologies, software and tools; project management certifications are an asset.
  • Pragmatic, solution‑oriented and comfortable challenging the status quo.
  • Exceptional leadership, interpersonal and stakeholder management skills.
  • Strong problem-solving, analytical and communication skills (written and verbal).
  • Fluent in English; any additional language is an asset.
  • Ability to efficiently manage multiple projects and priorities.
