Job Description

Business Analyst / Project Manager

Location: Noida – India (In‑office)

Role Type: Consulting – 8 months

What You’ll Do

We are seeking a highly skilled Business Analyst with strong Project Management expertise to support vendor operations integration, process alignment, and cross‑functional collaboration between external partners and internal teams. This role is deeply BA‑focused, requiring strong analytical capability, process documentation skills, and the ability to translate operational needs into structured workflows, SOPs, and governance models. Experience in BPO / ITES / operations environments is essential, and exposure to the travel industry is highly preferred.

What We’re Looking For

  • Conduct detailed process mapping, workflow documentation, and gap assessments across vendor and internal operations.
  • Lead requirements gathering sessions and convert business needs into BA outputs (BRDs, FRDs, process flows, SOPs).
  • Identify inefficiencies, risks, and propose improvements.

Vendor & Internal Stakeholder Coordination

  • Serve as the primary liaison between vendors and internal teams.
  • Facilitate discussions to clarify roles, responsibilities, SLAs, and RACI models.
  • Ensure vendor alignment with expected KPIs and compliance standards.

Operational Alignment & Governance

  • Define governance structures, escalation paths, and service delivery frameworks.
  • Enable alignment of vendor activities with KPIs and customer experience benchmarks.
  • Monitor adherence to processes and identify improvement opportunities.

Customer Success & Service Delivery Enhancement

  • Assess vendor impact on CX and operational outcomes.
  • Recommend optimizations for service quality and turnaround time.
  • Support creation of performance dashboards and reporting structures.

Project Management

  • Manage timelines, milestones, dependencies, and deliverables.
  • Provide structured status updates to leadership.
  • Drive cross‑team problem solving and execution.

Preferred Qualifications / Skills

  • 8–12+ years in Business Analysis, Project Management, Operations, or Service Delivery.
  • Experience in Project Management, outsourcing models-
  • Hands‑on process mapping and documentation experience.
  • Strong cross‑functional stakeholder management.

Preferred Experience

  • Travel services / travel tech experience/ preferred industry IT/ITES/Consulting/BPO
  • Exposure to GCC or consulting environments.
  • Operational transformation experience.
