About the Role
We are looking for a Business Analyst (P2P) to support a strategic Efficiency Program focused on optimizing operational processes and preparing for future energy market challenges.
You will play a key role in analyzing and improving the Procure-to-Pay (P2P) process by identifying inefficiencies, redesigning workflows, and supporting implementation within a complex SAP environment.
Your Responsibilities
Conduct AS-IS analysis to identify gaps, inefficiencies, and root causes
Update or create process documentation where needed
Facilitate workshops with business stakeholders and subject matter experts
Design and propose TO-BE processes and supporting tools
Translate business needs into clear business requirements
Support UAT (User Acceptance Testing) and ensure business readiness
Develop procedures, work instructions, and training materials
Ensure alignment with other projects within the Efficiency Program
Perform data analysis and reporting (SAP-based) to support decision-making
Your Profile
Must-Have
Minimum 5 years' experience as a Business Analyst
Strong experience in Procure-to-Pay (P2P) projects
Proven experience in:
Process analysis and optimization
Writing procedures, work instructions, and documentation
Facilitating workshops with stakeholders
Experience with process modeling tools (e.g. Visio)
Fluent in French (C2 level)
Valid driving license
Nice to Have
Experience with SAP MM and SAP FICO modules
Background in the energy sector or DSO environment
Strong data analysis and reporting skills
