Job Description

Our Offer

As the process owner for the onboarding, access requests and user enablement within a major A&D client, you will be responsible for taking an established process to the next level through data analytics, process improvement, and implementation of auto-reporting tools. You will serve as a process owner, managing stakeholder relationships and driving continuous improvement initiatives.

  • Proactively managing the process alongside the Service Now team.
  • Managing escalations regarding onboarding, access requests and user enablement.
  • Analysing process data to identify trends, inefficiencies, and opportunities for improvement.
  • Building and maintaining relationships with a wide range of stakeholders, addressing their needs promptly and effectively.

  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate data into actionable insights.
