Parsons is seeking a Business Process Analyst to support the end-to-end delivery of a large-scale Geospatial Digital Twin programme for a major national infrastructure owner in the Middle East. This multi-year initiative will design, build, and operationalize an Operational Digital Twin platform that integrates geospatial data, real-time IoT/SCADA feeds, asset information, and core enterprise systems to enable data-driven planning, operations, and maintenance. The role will work closely with the Product Manager and a team of international experts, developers, and engineers.
The scope spans discovery and stakeholder engagement, requirements and use-case definition, process and journey design, proof-of-concept delivery, implementation of a production-grade environment, post-implementation support, and structured training and adoption. The Business Process Analyst will help capture and optimise end-to-end workflows, define business requirements for priority use cases, support product planning and testing activities, and assist in driving successful delivery of process-enabled benefits across planning, operations, and maintenance domains.
What You’ll Be Doing
Support the Product Manager in analysing how the Operational Digital Twin will enable and optimise end-to-end business processes and use cases across planning, operations, and maintenance functions
Assist in planning and executing process-discovery activities (workshops, interviews, document analysis) and in documenting as-is processes, user journeys, and decision points for priority domains
Help develop to-be processes and user journeys that leverage Digital Twin capabilities (data integration, analytics, GIS, visualisation, alerts, workflow), and document corresponding business rules and requirements
Support the translation of process and use-case findings into structured product backlogs, user stories, and functional requirements for software and GIS components
Assist in defining and maintaining process-related KPIs and success metrics, and in preparing related analysis, options, and recommendations for the Product Manager and client stakeholders
Support testing, user acceptance, and go-live readiness activities by validating that implemented features and workflows align with documented processes and acceptance criteria
Assist in preparing process documentation, SOPs, training materials, and presentations to support stakeholder communication, training, and adoption of new or changed processes
What Required Skills You’ll Bring
Bachlor's Degree in business administration, industrial engineering, information systems, or a related discipline from an accredited institution
10 years of experience supporting business process analysis or business analysis activities for large-scale digital, platform, or geospatial solutions in infrastructure, utilities, or urban environments
Working knowledge of standard process-mapping and requirements techniques, with experience documenting cross-functional workflows, user journeys, and business rules
Basic understanding of how enterprise systems (e.g., ERP, EAM/CMMS, CRM, GIS platforms) support operational processes and data flows
Experience working within multidisciplinary, multinational teams across multiple time zones
Strong analytical, organisational, and coordination skills, with some experience in structured project or product delivery environments
Excellent communication and documentation skills, with the ability to clearly convey process and requirements information to both business and technical stakeholders
Fluency in English is required
What Desired Skills You’ll Bring
Prior work with national infrastructure owners, transport authorities, utilities, or public works organisations
