Business Analyst (Process Intelligence), Data Analytics Office, Service Excellence & Innovation

As a Business Analyst, you will support Lundbeck’s transformation agenda by uncovering insights hidden in operational and transactional data. You will work with process mining tools and analytical techniques to identify bottlenecks, improvement opportunities, automation potential, and process deviations that help the organization make better decisions.

This role combines analytical depth with business partnering — you will collaborate closely with Operational Excellence, PMO, and business stakeholders to translate complex findings into actionable recommendations and clear business narratives. You will also contribute to building and improving a scalable process intelligence framework used across different business areas.

Your future team

You will join the Data Analytics Office under Service Excellence & Innovation area in Lundbeck GBS Krakow and become part of a collaborative and supportive Data Analytics environment. Our team combines technical expertise with a strong business mindset, and we enjoy solving complex challenges together.

What you bring to the team

• 2–3 years of experience in data analytics, business analysis or process mining roles.
• Understanding of process mining concepts and experience working with analytical or reporting tools.
• Experience working with data from ERP or enterprise systems and confidence in analysing large datasets.
• Professional communication skills in English, both written and spoken.
• You are curious and motivated to continuously learn and explore new analytical approaches and technologies.
• You take accountability for your work and proactively drive insights and improvements.
• You are adaptable and comfortable working in a dynamic environment with multiple stakeholders and changing priorities.
• You combine analytical thinking with strong communication and storytelling skills.

Annual base salary range:110 400 - 151 800 PLN gross.

At Lundbeck, we are committed to fair and transparent pay. Please note that the final base salary within the stated range will be based on relevant qualifications, skills, competencies, and level of proficiency as well as internal pay equity.
