  • Drive CRO Office’s strategic initiatives, which is in line with the Bank’s overall risk and return objective. This may include (but not limited to)

    • Process enhancements and streamlining initiatives

    • Report automation initiatives for various departments under Risk Management

    • Data consolidation and standardization

    • Streamlining of presentation decks to Committees

  • Consolidation and monitoring of key risk performance indicators (i.e. Expected Credit Loss, Provisioning and Non-Performing Loan, asset quality) for detail analysis and derivation of meaningful insights for CRO’s consumption, to support decision-making in Senior Management forums

  • Participate in the bank-wide Provisioning and Non-Performing Loan forecast exercise to ensure its within the Bank’s risk appetite

  • Explore new robust tools i.e. Power BI for dashboards and paginated reports to support sharper and faster analysis and insights

  • Support of internal and external decks/communications/request relating to portfolio Financial Risk – Board Committees/Audit/Investor Relations/Regulatory

  • Other duties as required by Head of Division in support of the Risk Management function

  • At least 2-5years of working experience in banking industry

  • Possess a recognized Degree in Business Studies/ Statistical or other related disciplines

  • Knowledgeable in SAS, SQL or Python

  • Strong in Microsoft Office such as Excel, Word, and PowerPoint

  • Have data extraction and mining capabilities and with strong analytical skill

  • Good communication and interpersonal skills, and strong team player

  • Some familiarization on banking products is preferred
