We're looking for a Business Analyst – Payment Accounts & Wallet Services to join our E‑Commerce/Merchant Services team and play a key role in shaping and delivering wallet-related banking services. In this role, you will lead requirements definition for payment accounts and digital wallet capabilities, working at the intersection of banking, payments, and technology within a complex and fast-evolving environment.

How You’ll Make an Impact

• Lead the elicitation, analysis, and documentation of business and functional requirements for payment accounts and wallet services
• Define and deliver detailed functional specifications for banking and payment products
• Act as a key bridge between business, product, compliance, and technology teams
• Ensure alignment of solutions with regulatory, operational, and payment scheme requirements
• Support implementation teams by providing clarifications, managing change requests, and performing impact analysis
• Identify gaps, risks, and dependencies across payment flows, acquiring models, and wallet-related services
• Contribute to the successful delivery of wallet-related initiatives from design through go-live and post-launch enhancements

What Makes You a Great Fit

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Computer Science, or related field
• At least 3 years of proven experience as a Business Analyst in banking, fintech, or payments environments
• Strong understanding of payment systems, including initiation, clearing, and settlement
• Solid knowledge of bank accounts and deposit products
• Hands-on experience in writing high-quality, implementation-ready functional specifications
• Experience working with cross-functional teams and engaging with both business and technical stakeholders
• Excellent communication skills in English and Greek, both written and spoken
• Eligibility to work in the EU full-time and permanently, without employer sponsorship

• Familiarity with digital banking channels, Open Banking APIs, and regulated financial environments
• Exposure to card schemes, IRIS, and instant payments
