Job Description

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, Information Systems, or a related field. ACCA or MBA will be an added advantage.
  • 3–5 years of experience as an Oracle EBS/Hyperion Functional Consultant or in a similar role.
  • Experience in at least one end-to-end Oracle EBS and/or Hyperion implementation.
  • Hands-on experience with Oracle EBS module configuration and functional support.
  • Strong understanding of business process analysis, requirement gathering, and functional documentation (FRD, SDD, Functional Specifications).
  • Experience coordinating with technical teams for RICEFW developments.
  • Hands-on experience in functional testing, UAT, and production deployments.
  • Familiarity with budgeting, management reporting, and month-end/year-end business processes.
  • Experience in application support, change request management, and Oracle Service Requests (SRs).
  • Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities:

  • Gather, analyze, and document business requirements from functional stakeholders.
  • Configure, implement, and support Oracle EBS modules in accordance with business requirements.
  • Prepare Functional Requirement Documents (FRDs), Solution Design Documents (SDDs), and Functional Specifications.
  • Coordinate with technical consultants to deliver RICEFW (Reports, Interfaces, Conversions, Extensions, Forms, and Workflows) developments.
  • Execute functional testing, support User Acceptance Testing (UAT), and assist with production deployments.
  • Provide day-to-day functional support and troubleshoot Oracle EBS/Hyperion application issues.
  • Conduct impact assessments for change requests, enhancements, and system modifications.
  • Support month-end, year-end, budgeting, and management reporting processes.
  • Develop user manuals, training materials, and deliver end-user training sessions.
  • Coordinate with Oracle Support to resolve application issues and manage Service Requests (SRs).
  • Maintain accurate system documentation and ensure it remains up to date.
