At the end of the 1980s, we extended ours beyond the Middle East and acquired land in Portugal for the construction of a sterile factory for injectable pharmaceutical products. This was an important turning point for the company, and our first step into a new region. Today, in Portugal, we have more than 1000 employees and 3 factories for the production of injectable medicines.

Hikma intends to recruit an Operations Business Analyst (m/f) to integrate the Operations Group, working on-site.

The Operations Business Analyst will play a key role in supporting site operations through structured data gathering, analysis, and reporting. Acting as a link between production, supply chain, and quality functions, the role ensures visibility of operational performance, supports decision-making, and contributes to the reliability and efficiency of execution across the site.

Main Responsibilities:

• Support consolidation and validation of production data
• Monitor adherence to production plans and report deviations
• Track execution from planned production through to release and shipment readiness
• Support day-to-day operational follow-up across manufacturing, packaging, and supply chain
• Prepare and maintain operational trackers and KPIs (plan adherence, output, service levels)
• Contribute to process standardization and implementation of new tools or workflows
• Support cross-functional projects impacting site operations

Profile:

• Degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Pharmaceutical Sciences, or related areas
• Strong analytical and organizational skills
• Excellent communication and collaboration abilities
• High attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Experience in pharma manufacturing or supply chain is a plus
• Good knowledge of written and spoken English
