The company strives to provide only the highest quality cutting-edge gaming platform, along with the know-how and full customer support service for online casino and sportsbook operators in search of a one-stop business solution.

Responsibilities:
Analyze and interpret data related to customer behavior, churn rates, lifetime value, and CRM aspects.
Design and modify models to predict customer churn and lifetime value.
Develop and implement strategies to improve customer retention and engagement.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and provide data-driven insights.
Create detailed reports and presentations to communicate findings and recommendations to stakeholders.
Monitor industry trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities for improvement.

Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Statistics, Mathematics, or a related field.
Minimum of 3 years of hands-on experience in the online gambling industry.
Proven experience in designing and modifying churn and lifetime value models.
Strong understanding of CRM systems and customer retention strategies.
Proficiency in data analysis tools such as SQL, Excel, and statistical software.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
Strong communication and presentation skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Preferred Qualifications:
Experience with data visualization tools such as Tableau or Power BI.
Knowledge of programming languages such as Python or R.
Familiarity with machine learning techniques and predictive modeling.
