Hiring for a cloud-based LIS and CRM that automates your lab workflows.
We are seeking a results-driven Business Analyst with 2 to 4 years of experience to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong analytical background, exceptional communication skills, and the ability to bridge the gap between business needs and technical implementation. Experience in Healthcare IT will be considered a strong advantage.
Key Responsibilities:
Gather, analyze, and document business requirements from stakeholders.
Translate business needs into functional specifications for development teams.
Create and maintain Business Requirement Documents (BRD), Functional Requirement Documents (FRD), and User Stories.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including QA, development, and project management, to ensure delivery aligns with requirements.
Conduct process analysis and propose optimization strategies for healthcare IT workflows.
Act as a liaison between clients and internal teams to ensure project requirements are met.
Participate in sprint planning, review meetings, and UAT sessions.
Create mockups, workflows, and wireframes as needed to support requirement clarity.
Support in change management processes and impact analysis.
Ensure solutions comply with regulatory standards and healthcare industry best practices.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science (BSCS), Business Administration (BBA), or a related field.
2 to 4 years of proven experience as a Business Analyst, preferably in the Healthcare IT domain.
Strong understanding of software development life cycle (SDLC) and agile methodologies.
Hands-on experience in writing BRDs, FRDs, and acceptance criteria.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Excellent analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience with LIMS (Laboratory Information Management System) platforms.
Exposure to regulatory standards like HIPAA, HL7, or other healthcare compliance requirements.
Certification in Business Analysis (CBAP, CCBA) or Agile methodologies (CSPO, PMI-ACP) is a plus.
