As an NMS Business Analyst reporting to Senior Director, you'll play a key role in bridging the gap between our clients and our internal teams — translating business needs into clear, actionable requirements that drive effective delivery

Manage the end-to-end process of gathering, documenting, and validating business and system requirements throughout the project lifecycle.
Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, building strong relationships and ensuring satisfaction from implementation through ongoing support.
Support project delivery across design, development, testing, and go-live phases, ensuring client requirements are clearly understood and met.
Provide training and guidance to end users on new system functionality, and respond to queries to ensure smooth adoption.
Contribute to project planning activities including scope, scheduling, and stakeholder alignment, working under the guidance of senior colleagues.
Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, Computer Science, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
Proven experience in business analysis, including requirements gathering, project implementation, and post-go-live support.
Understanding of capital markets and trading concepts, with the ability to apply this knowledge in a client-facing context.
Familiarity with relational database concepts and financial messaging standards used in trading environments.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with a collaborative, client-focused mindset and flexibility to support EMEA clients across varying hours.
Experience working on market surveillance, compliance, or trading platform projects.
Exposure to cross-functional teams in a global or multi-regional environment.
Additional European language skills.
This position will be located in Poland and offers the opportunity for a hybrid work environment at least 3 days a week in-office, subject to change, providing flexibility and accessibility for qualified candidates.

The annual gross base pay for this role is zł94,000 - zł183,000. At Nasdaq, we use a structured job and career framework to make sure growth opportunities are clear and fair. The pay range you see reflects the full salary band for this job level, including room for progression over time. The actual offer will depend on factors like your skills, experience, qualifications, and location, and will fall within a portion of the posted range that’s appropriate for this role. In addition to base pay, we offer short-term incentives (bonus or commission) and long-term incentives (equity), where applicable, as well as the following benefits:
