Job Description

Carousell Group is the leading recommerce group in Greater Southeast Asia on a mission to inspire the world to start selling, and to make secondhand the first choice. Founded in August 2012 in Singapore, the Group has a leading presence in eight markets under the brands Carousell, Cho Tot, Laku6, Mudah.my, OneKyat, Ox Street, and Refash, serving tens of millions of monthly active users. Carousell is backed by leading investors including Telenor Group, Rakuten Ventures, Naver, STIC Investments and Sequoia Capital India.

As a team of passionate individuals working together to solve meaningful problems, there is so much more for you to discover in a career with Carousell. Our culture is made up of hiring, developing, and promoting people who embody our values of solving problems for our users; having a mission-first mindset; being relentlessly resourceful; caring deeply; and staying humble to constantly improve. Together as an organisation, we make magic happen.

Nhà Tốt aspires to be Vietnam’s leading digital property marketplace, empowering millions of people to buy, sell, and rent homes with confidence and efficiency. We’re looking for a data-driven and user-focused Business Analyst to champion both buyers growth and buyer liquidity, enabling them to find their dream home that fits their budget.

What you will do

1. Market Liquidity & Lead Generation (50% Focus)

  • Supply-Demand Monitoring: Actively track the balance between active listings (Supply) and buyer traffic (Demand). Identify "undersupplied" or "under-demanded" segments and work with Marketing/Commercial teams to rebalance the scales.
  • Drive Focused Demand: Implement strategies to steer buyer traffic toward strategic segments (e.g., specific price points, regions, or secondary vs. primary markets) to ensure healthy platform health.
  • Own the Lead KPI: Share accountability for the Total Leads generated for the Property vertical. You will optimize the "Lead-to-Listing" ratio and ensure the quality of leads meets seller expectations.

2. Deep Verticalization & Journey Ownership (50% Focus)

  • Own the Buyer Journey: Map out the end-to-end property seeking experience. Identify friction points specifically for real estate (e.g., the need for verified photos, map-based browsing, or direct chat with agents).
  • Deep Verticalization Input: Provide high-value insights for the Property roadmap. You aren't just building a marketplace; you are building a Property portal—advocating for features like project comparisons, payment calculators, and trust signals.
  • User Discovery: Conduct deep-dive analysis and user research to understand the unique nuances of property buyers compared to general goods buyers.
  • A/B Testing for Conversion: Design and execute experiments to improve the Conversion Rate (CVR) from search results to successful contact (Leads).

Qualifications

What you will need

  • Analytical Excellence: At least 2 years of experience as a Business Analyst, Product Analyst, or Data Analyst. Strong proficiency in SQL (BigQuery) and data visualization tools (Looker Studio, Tableau, or PowerBI) is a must.
  • Product & User Intuition: You don't just report numbers; you understand the "why" behind user behavior. You have a logical mindset for problem-solving and a passion for improving UX.
  • Strategic Thinking: Ability to see the big picture and prioritize tasks that deliver the highest impact for the buyer community.
  • Effective Communication: Strong storytelling skills to present data findings to cross-functional stakeholders (Product, Marketing, and Management) in both English and Vietnamese
  • Proactive Attitude: A self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced, "test-and-learn" environment. You are comfortable with ambiguity and ready to take ownership of end-to-end projects.
  • Education: A Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Economics, Computer Science, or a related field.

Benefits:

  • Get 15 days of annual leave and 5 days of sick leave per year
  • Health insurance for employee and their family members.
  • Get a 13th-month salary and annual performance bonus.
  • Participate in regular team-building activities and company parties.
  • Full of learning and training opportunities to grow your professional and personal skills.
  • Our modern offices serve perfectly for a relaxed, yet productive work environment.
