Job Description

Role: CRM Application Manager / Functional Consultant - Dynamics 365 Sales & Marketing (m/f/d)

For one of our clients, we are looking for a CRM Application Manager / Functional Consultant - Dynamics 365 Sales & Marketing (m/f/d).

Project Conditions:

Start: ASAP Duration: Permanent Workload: 100% Place: Stuttgart

Your responsibilities:

  • Analyze, design, and optimize business processes within Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central across standard modules

  • Translate business requirements into actionable concepts, user stories, and technical specifications

  • Develop process documentation, guidelines, and specifications for the ERP development team

  • Configure Business Central features (e.g., workflows, role concepts) in coordination with the ERP team

  • Support ERP rollouts at national and international sites

  • Monitor support tickets, prioritize issues, and perform analysis in collaboration with ERP teams, key users, and external partners

  • Oversee interface monitoring (e.g., EDI, scanners, CAD) and escalate issues as needed

  • Serve as a point of contact for key users and departments regarding all Business Central topics

  • Support data migrations, master data quality initiatives, and integration tasks

  • Provide user training and develop best practices, process standards, and documentation

We are looking for:

  • Hands-on experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central, ideally across multiple modules

  • Strong understanding of end-to-end business processes in industrial or operational environments (e.g., order processing, production, warehouse logistics)

  • Experience in ERP projects, rollouts, or migration initiatives

  • Strong analytical skills and a structured approach to process work

  • Advantageous: experience with interfaces (API, EDI), Microsoft Power Platform, or BC add-ons

  • Excellent communication skills, ability to work independently, and strong problem-solving capabilities

  • Proficiency in German and English
