Business Analyst (m/f/x)

Your Future Role

• Gathering business requirements and developing appropriate solution approaches in collaboration with the respective business departments
• Supporting and coordinating the creation of IT demands and requirements documentation with the specialist department
• Managing the handover of requests to IT, as well as ongoing support and collaboration in processing the requests interface function
• Advising the specialist departments on process and IT topics and networking with internal and external experts
• Supporting the specialist departments in planning and managing the demand portfolio

What You Bring to the Team

• Completed studies in the field of (business) informatics, computer science, engineering or business administration
• Experience in the systematic documentation of requirements
• Initial experience in classic or agile project management
• Methodological competence, good analytical skills and limited experience in the analysis and modelling of business processes
• Strong interpersonal skills
• Very good German language skills and business-fluent English skills, both written and spoken
• Very good knowledge of the relevant MS-Office-programmes
