We are looking for a Digital Adoption Champion / Business Analyst to accelerate the usage, engagement, and learning experience of BASF’s digital products within the Agricultural Solutions department Digital Factory. In this role, you will work at the intersection of data analytics, product management, user experience, and change management. Ensuring that digital solutions are not only deployed but effectively adopted across the organization. You will conduct continuous research on user behavior, adoption trends, and in‑app learning strategies to shape how our global teams interact with and extract value from digital tools.
This position requires someone highly structured and organized, capable of bringing clarity to complex digital ecosystems while maintaining a strong entrepreneurial mindset. You will act as a hybrid profile, combining strategic thinking with hands‑on technical implementation, from designing scalable adoption frameworks to deploying in‑app enablement solutions like WalkMe and Enable Now. Your ability to move fluidly between strategy, execution, research, and stakeholder engagement will be essential to driving long‑term digital adoption across BASF.
