Your Role

​

Project-Focused Business Analysis

• Identify, analyse and document business requirements for strategic initiatives across the global DMC network
• Translate operational needs into structured technical specifications to support system configuration, integration and implementation
• Conduct GAP analyses and evaluate feasibility of new features within complex travel system environments
• Map, document and optimise end-to-end business processes across booking, transfer and excursion operations
• Facilitate workshops and stakeholder sessions across business and technology teams
• Support testing processes including UAT, regression testing and functional validation
• Ensure structured communication between project leads, business owners and technology partners

Operational Excellence & Application Collaboration

• Act as key liaison between DMC business units and the Application Support team
• Support daily operations by analysing and resolving system and process challenges
• Identify recurring issues and translate them into sustainable system or process improvements
• Ensure smooth adoption of system changes through structured clarification and communication
• Contribute to the stability, scalability and continuous optimisation of mission-critical DMC applications

Your Strength

• Proven experience as a Business Analyst in large-scale system or transformation environments
• Strong background in requirements engineering, system implementation and collaboration with third-party technology providers
• Solid understanding of travel industry operations, ideally within a Destination Management Company (DMC) or comparable service-driven organisation
• Ability to translate complex operational processes into structured and scalable technical solutions
• Strong analytical mindset combined with confident stakeholder management across senior leadership, operational teams and technical experts
• Structured, solution-oriented and ownership-driven working style
• Fluent English (written and spoken); German is advantageous
• Willingness to travel internationally when required
