Your mission Our Core Project Unit isgrowingand we are looking for people who are eager to work in a dynamic and rewarding environment.

The Core Project Unit is a management team overseeing all projects performed within PwC Luxembourg. The team aims to increase its capability to support business in their transformation (organizational, technologic, cultural).

As our Business Analyst, you will be the support to the Project Management on project management activities.

Be a part of our team where you will:

• Assistproject teams in implementing project and change management activities;
• Document/analyze“as is” process and propose areas to improve efficiency;
• Propose “to be” processes and document business requirements byclosely workingwith the business stakeholders;
• Facilitate processmodelingworkshops, hold meetings, research processes, collect data,analyzeinformation, document procedures;
• Participate in defining,structuringand implementing organizational changes.

• Candemonstratebusiness analysis experience in large-scale project management;
• Are recognised for your excellent communication in English and analytical skills;
• Have a good command of PowerPoint,Wordand Excel;
• Have experience using AI‑powered tools (e.g., for data analysis, documentation, or process design) and are comfortable integrating them into daily project and business analysis activities.
• Have a genuine interest in cultural change andnew technologies
• Are self-motivated and highly responsible for daily work.
