Reporting to the Master Data Manager, the Master Data Business Analyst acts as a subject matter expert in data management. The role supports operational processes and users across various systems. Leveraging strong analytical and problem-solving skills, the Business Analyst actively contributes to maintaining data integrity and supporting the ongoing governance of Agropur’s data processes.

  • Salary scale 005: $84 600 to $105 800 (Base salary will be determined based on your academic background, experience, training, and skills related to the position.)

Your role in achieving results:

  • Act as a subject matter expert for systems and processes in multidisciplinary projects and day-to-day operations;
  • Perform the daily creation, update, and validation of data;
  • Analyze data from various systems and reports;
  • Ensure data integrity by identifying and resolving discrepancies between systems;
  • Implement necessary corrections in alignment with established business rules and processes;
  • Support enhancement requests and incident resolution;
  • Provide support to various operational teams;
  • Identify trends, recurring issues, and opportunities for improvement;
  • Collaborate closely with internal stakeholders (operations, IT, project teams) and external partners (consultants, vendors).

What we are looking for to deliver these results:

  • Bachelor’s degree in in Information Technology, Administration, or a related field required;
  • Curiosity for processes and emerging technologies;
  • Knowledge of Oracle systems would be a strong asset;
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and initiative-taking skills;
  • Ability to thrive in a complex and evolving environment;
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools (Excel, Word);
  • Bilingualism in French and English, both spoken and written, is required.
