As a Business Analyst – Marketing Solutions, you will help shape how marketing technology, data, and digital capabilities deliver value across Resmed. Working at the intersection of Marketing, Data, Product, Digital, Analytics, and Technology teams, you’ll turn business needs into scalable, compliant, and outcome-focused solutions. Your work will support customer engagement, campaign performance, product content quality, search experiences, digital experiences, and data-driven decision-making across a complex global marketing ecosystem. This is an opportunity to influence enterprise-wide initiatives while partnering with stakeholders across APAC, EMEA, and AMER.

Let’s talk about the role

• Partner with business and technology stakeholders to capture, analyse and document requirements.
• Translate requirements into user stories, process flows, functional specifications and acceptance criteria.
• Support the delivery and optimisation of key marketing technology platforms including CDP, CRM, Marketing Automation, CMS, DAM, PXM, DXP and Enterprise Search.
• Analyse marketing, customer and product data to identify opportunities, risks and improvement initiatives.
• Collaborate with Data Engineering, Analytics and Technology teams to support reporting, integrations, data quality and governance.
• Support project planning, UAT, change management, adoption activities and ongoing platform improvements.
• Contribute to AI and automation initiatives that improve operations and customer experiences.
• Prepare documentation, stakeholder updates and delivery status reports using Jira and Confluence.

Let’s talk about you

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business, Marketing Technology, Data Analytics or a related discipline.
• 5-7 years' experience in Business Analysis, Marketing Technology, Digital Platforms, Data Platforms or Technology Delivery.
• Experience working on MarTech, digital transformation, enterprise application or data-driven initiatives.
• Strong business analysis skills, including requirements gathering, process mapping and stakeholder management.
• Understanding of marketing operations, customer engagement, marketing data and digital experiences.
• Experience analysing data, defining reporting requirements, supporting KPI development, and collaborating with Data Engineering and Analytics teams.
• Experience working with Agile delivery methodologies and tools such as Jira and Confluence.
• Strong analytical, communication and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work effectively with global, cross-functional teams.
• Experience within Healthcare, MedTech, Digital Commerce or large-scale marketing technology environments will be highly regarded, along with certifications such as CBAP, PMP, SAFe, Scrum or Agile BA.
