Apply as a Business Analyst to join our international, fun and dynamic team, where you will support analysis activities and grow your skills with guidance from experienced colleagues.
• support analysis activities for data initiatives (market data), assisting with requirements gathering and helping translate business needs into clear, structured documentation
• help maintain data mappings and transformation rules (normalization, enrichment, identifiers) under guidance, and contribute to keeping documentation accurate and up to date
• support the documentation of API and messaging-based integrations for real-time and batch delivery, learning key concepts and assisting with interface specifications
• contribute to acceptance criteria and support testing activities (e.g., test cases, data checks) for data pipelines and data products
• work with senior analysts and delivery teams as an interface to stakeholders, supporting backlog refinement, capturing actions, and helping clarify requirements in an agile, international environment
• Deep expertise in fixed income (bonds, structured products), bond calculations, and corporate action lifecycles for French products. 5+ years of business analysis experience in financial information
• Proven leadership in complex, cross‑team delivery and roadmap ownership—mentors BAs, drives continuous improvement, and stays hands‑on to produce clear, testable specifications.
• Strong data modeling and governance skills; familiarity with identifiers and classification schemes.
• Experience with entitlement policies, distribution controls, and testing methodologies (UAT, regression).
• Proficiencywith SQL and Excel; familiarity with APIs and cloud‑based delivery; comfortable in agile frameworks. Knowledge of GitLab is appreciated.
• Fluent English (B2/C1) & French (B2) are mandatory. Comfortable communicating in a global, cross functional environment.
