Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with clients to understand business needs, goals, and challenges.
• Translate business requirements into detailed technical specifications for developers.
• Facilitate workshops, interviews, and brainstorming sessions to gather requirements.
• Develop and maintain project documentation, including user stories, process flows, and use cases.
• Work closely with the development team to ensure the delivered solution meets business objectives.
• Perform gap analysis and recommend improvements to current systems or processes.
• Support testing efforts by defining test cases, reviewing results, and addressing issues.
• Monitor project progress, resolve roadblocks, and communicate updates to stakeholders.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
• 5+ years of proven experience as a Business Analyst in software development projects.
• Strong understanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC) and agile methodologies.
• Proficiency in Jira, Confluence, or similar project management and documentation tools.
• Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities to collaborate with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver results in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred Skills:

• Experience with wireframing or prototyping tools (e.g., Figma, Balsamiq).
• Knowledge of industry trends and emerging technologies.
• Certifications such as CBAP, CCBA, or PMI-PBA are a plus.
