About the Job you are considering:

The Business Analyst (Management Consultant) is responsible for driving business transformation initiatives by identifying operational inefficiencies, analyzing data-driven insights, and recommending strategic solutions. This role bridges the gap between business needs and technical execution while supporting leadership in decision-making, process improvement, and performance optimization.

Hybrid working:

The places that you work from day to day will vary according to your role, your needs, and those of the business; it will be a blend of Company offices, client sites, and your home; noting that you will be unable to work at home 100% of the time.

Your Role:

• Gather, analyze, and document business requirements from cross-functional stakeholders.
• Conduct current-state assessments and gap analyses to identify improvement opportunities.
• Translate complex business issues into structured problem statements and actionable insights.
• Develop cases, business process maps, and functional specifications.
• Support the development of business strategies and operating models.
• Contribute to transformation roadmap planning and execution.
• Perform market research, competitor analysis, and industry benchmarking.
• Provide recommendations backed by qualitative and quantitative analysis.
• Facilitate workshops and stakeholder discussions to drive alignment.
• Collaborate with teams to define solutions and support implementation efforts

Your Skills:

• Identify process inefficiencies and recommend optimization initiatives to improve performance.
• Support implementation of business transformation programs and ensure alignment with objectives.
• Collaborate with project managers and technical teams to drive successful delivery.
• Monitor project progress, risks, and overall business impact.
• Manage stakeholder expectations and communicate insights clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences
