Zur Unterstützung der Abteilung Process, Methods & Tools for Warehouse & Transport im Bereich im Kundendienst sucht Airbus Helicopters eine/n

Business Analyst Logistics (d/m/w)

Ziel ist es, das Logistic Engineering und die ausführenden Abteilungen in den Warehouses in Frankreich, Deutschland und Spanien mit State of the Art Tools zu unterstützen und zukunftsweisende Lösungen zu entwickeln. Dabei sollen sowohl bestehende Backbone-Systeme (z.B. SAP) berücksichtigt, aber auch neue Applikationen eingeführt werden. Aufgabe des Business Analysten ist es dabei, die komplexen geschäftlichen Anforderungen zu verstehen, Harmonisierungen zu identifizieren und Innovation voranzutreiben.

ESLZL ist für die Prozessstabilisierung, Verbesserungsprojekte und die Digitalisierung für alle Warehouse- und Transportprozesse im Rahmen der Ersatzteillogistik – in Deutschland, Frankreich und auf den regionalen Plattformen – zuständig.

Ihre Aufgaben und Verantwortlichkeiten

• Sie bauen die strategische Vision und Roadmap von Prozessen, Methoden und Tools für die weltweite Logistik mit auf, um Innovationen voranzutreiben, indem Sie funktionsübergreifende und/oder transnationalen Verbesserungs-/Transformationsprojekten leiten oder unterstützen (unter Anwendung agiler oder Wasserfall-Methoden).
• Sie fungieren als Schnittstelle zum Informationsmanagement (IM) und anderen Methoden- & Tools-Bereichen anderer Direktionen (insbes. EIX & EDI) und stellen eine enge Zusammenarbeit sicher.
• Sie verstehen die komplexen Geschäftsanforderungen und operativen Ziele des Kunden (der operativen Abteilung), identifizieren Verbesserungsbereiche in den Prozessen und stellen mögliche IT-Lösungen in Übereinstimmung mit der IT-Strategie bereit.
• Sie identifizieren Synergien innerhalb der Logistik-Tools, die für die verschiedenen Lager genutzt werden, und schlagen standardisierte und harmonisierte Arbeitsweisen vor.
• Sie Fungieren als Bindeglied zwischen Produktmanagement-Teams und technischen Ressourcen, um die Integrität der gelieferten Lösung sicherzustellen, indem Sie die erforderlichen Spezifikationen entwickeln und mit den Stakeholdern abstimmen und Dokumentation sicherstellen.

Erforderliche Kenntnisse und Qualifikationen

• Studium – Wirtschaftsingenieur, IT oder Logistik
• Umfangreiches IT-Verständnis
• Erfahrung in logistischen Prozessen
• SAP-Kenntnisse
• Projektmanagementerfahrung, wünschenswert wäre Agile Organisation
• Englisch fließend notwendig, Deutsch und Französisch von Vorteil
• Reisebereitschaft
• Sehr gute Kommunikationsfähigkeiten

The goal is to support logistics engineering and operations in the warehouses in France, Germany and Spain using state-of-the-art tools and to develop forward-looking solutions. This involves taking existing backbone systems (e.g., SAP) into account while also introducing new applications. The Business Analyst’s role is to understand complex business requirements, identify opportunities for harmonization, and drive innovation.

ESLZL is responsible for process stabilization, improvement projects, and the digitalization of all warehouse and transport processes within the scope of spare parts logistics—covering operations in Germany and France as well as at regional platforms.

Your location

At our Donauwörth site, located on the banks of the river Danube, we develop helicopters from the initial idea to the airworthy product. Watch them take off and touch down on our own on-site test airfield.

Your tasks and responsibilities

• You help shape the strategic vision and roadmap for global logistics processes, methods, and tools to drive innovation by leading or supporting cross-functional and/or transnational improvement and transformation projects (using Agile or Waterfall methodologies).
• You act as a liaison with Information Management (IM) and other methods and tools teams in other divisions (particularly EIX & EDI), ensuring close collaboration.
• You understand the complex business requirements and operational goals of the customer (the operational department), identify areas for process improvement, and propose potential IT solutions aligned with the IT strategy.
• You identify synergies among the logistics tools used across various warehouses and propose standardized, harmonized ways of working.
• You serve as a link between product management teams and technical resources to ensure the integrity of the delivered solution by developing and aligning necessary specifications with stakeholders and ensuring proper documentation.

Desired skills and qualifications

• Min. Master– industrial engineer, information management or logistics
• Extensive IT knowledge
• Experience with logistics processes
• SAP skills
• Project management experience, preferably in agile organization
• Fluent English skills are required, German and French appreciated
• Willingness to travel
• Excellent communication skills
