PAY RATE: THB 70000 TO THB 90000

Our client is a prominent energy company in Thailand that offers a range of energy-related services to businesses and consumers. Our client is looking for a Business Analyst with a background of 75% as a Business Analyst, 20% as a System Analyst, and some experience as a Project Manager to join its logistics team. In this role, you will be responsible for analyzing data, identifying trends, and making recommendations to improve the efficiency and effectiveness of our client's logistics operations.

As a Business Analyst - Logistics, you will collaborate with other departments within the company, such as sales, marketing, and finance, to develop and implement strategies that align with overall business goals and objectives. You will work with the logistics team to develop and implement new processes and technologies to improve logistics operations, monitor and report on logistics KPIs, and identify opportunities for cost savings and operational efficiencies within the logistics business.

Responsibilities:

• Analyze transportation and delivery data to identify patterns and trends, and make recommendations to optimize delivery routes and schedules
• Conduct market research to identify changes in customer demand, and recommend adjustments to inventory management practices and supply chain strategies to meet these changing needs
• Monitor industry trends and regulatory changes, and recommend changes to the company's logistics operations to ensure compliance and mitigate risks
• Collaborate with other departments within the company, such as sales, marketing, and finance, to develop and implement strategies that align with overall business goals and objectives
• Work with the logistics team to develop and implement new processes and technologies to improve logistics operations
• Monitor and report on logistics KPIs, such as on-time delivery rates, inventory turnover, and transportation costs, and develop action plans to address any issues or areas for improvement
• Identify opportunities for cost savings and operational efficiencies within the logistics business, and make recommendations to senior management
• Develop and maintain documentation and reports related to logistics operations

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in business, logistics, supply chain management, or related field
• 7+ years of experience in a business analyst or logistics analyst role
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze complex data sets and make data-driven recommendations
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams Strong project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines
• Experience with logistics software and technologies, such as GPS tracking and monitoring systems, transportation management systems (TMS), and warehouse management systems (WMS)
• Knowledge of logistics and supply chain management best practices and trends
