We are looking for a Business Junior Analyst to join the Bring a Friend (BAF) team — one of Plata’s key acquisition channels. BAF is a multi-product referral engine covering personal link sharing, ambassador-driven contacts, and telesales follow-ups across Credit, Debit, Empresa, and Invest
The team works in a fast-paced environment with a bi-weekly promo cycle, regular A/B tests, and continuous product improvements. As a Junior Analyst, you’ll help turn business ideas into clear requirements, coordinate launches across teams, and make sure our campaigns and product changes are delivered accurately and on time
