Business Analyst

We are looking for an experienced Business Analyst to join Agile teams working on the digital transformation and modernization of business processes and information systems.

Key Responsibilities

• 
  Gather, analyze, and document business requirements.
• 
  Model business processes using BPMN and UML
• 
  Collaborate with stakeholders to define functional solutions.
• 
  Support Agile/Scrum delivery teams throughout the project lifecycle.
• 
  Prepare and execute testing activities to validate business requirements.
• 
  Maintain project documentation using Confluence
• 
  Facilitate communication between business users and technical teams.
• 
  Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives within a large organizational environment.

Required Skills & Experience

• 
  Proven experience as a Business Analyst
• 
  Strong knowledge of Business Requirements Gathering, BPMN, and UML
• 
  Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.
• 
  Experience with Testing, Confluence, and stakeholder management.
• 
  Knowledge of BCSS/eHealth ecosystems is required.
• 
  Experience working in large organizations and the public sector
• 
  Strong analytical, communication, and documentation skills.

Languages

• French: Native level (mandatory).

Location

• Brussels, Belgium
• On-site role (no remote work)
