🔷What you will do?

• Analyze market requirements and compliance needs in the field of energy efficiency applicable to information systems
• Monitor trends in the implementation of energy efficiency plans at the national (Croatian) and EU levels
• Prepare a techno-economic analysis of energy efficiency within the scope of projects
• Analyze and model business processes to understand client needs and identify areas for improvement
• Write functional specifications and collaborate with the team to define requirements for development and integration with other systems
• Actively participate in sprint reviews and gather client feedback to refine product features
• Educate end-users and provide support during the adoption of new solutions
• Support the presales and sales process by contributing to high-level solution proposals
• Facilitate adherence to established methodologies and best practices through training and team support

🔷What we expect from you?

• A university degree in energy, IT, or a related technical field
• At least 5 years of experience in business analysis, in the fields of IoT, e nergy sector or energy efficiency and sustainability
• A solid understanding of energy efficiency concepts and CO₂ emissions
• Knowledge of basic concepts in the IoT domain and automation systems
• Strong knowledge of business process modeling (BPMN) and excellent analytical and documentation skills
• Outstanding communication skills, with the ability to engage both internal teams and external clients
• Excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and a proactive approach to problem-solving
• Experience in mentoring team members and applying Agile methodologies (SCRUM)
• Ability to maintain both a strategic overview and deep-dive into technical or business details when needed
