We're seeking a business analyst with in-depth investment knowledge to join our Enterprise Project Delivery Team. In this role, you'll be instrumental in shaping solutions that enhance our investment operations and portfolio management capabilities. Your relationship-focused approach and ability to engage effectively with a diverse range of stakeholders will be key as you elicit and document requirements for our investment projects, working seamlessly alongside our investment team.

Please note this is a 12 month maximum term contract.

Utilising your exceptional communication skills, your day will see you:

• Drive requirements gathering and analysis with key investment stakeholders
• Facilitate workshops and translate complex requirements into clear solutions
• Process Improvement: documentation and design for current and future state processes
• Collaborate with technical teams and vendors on system implementation

About you:

• Strong understanding of Investment Portfolio Management and end-to-end trade lifecycle
• Experience working as a Business Analyst in Investment Management
• Expertise in business analysis techniques including requirements decomposition and process modelling
• Strong communication skills to articulate complex investment concepts clearly

Experience within the following areas will be highly regarded:

• Knowledge of Fixed Interest and Cash asset classes and instruments
• Experience in superannuation sector
• Familiarity with investment management systems (e.g., SimCorp Dimension)
