Your Mission at BTS:

• Strategic Insights: Dive deep into your clients’ business and identify key levers for profitability and growth.

• Support and Shine: Aid the team in the deployment of discovery-based learning experiences. Be the catalyst in our participants’ journeys, by helping facilitate their understanding of relevant content areas.

• Client-Centric Approach: Assist and support consultants in project delivery, preparing top-notch materials and impactful presentations.

• Multi-Project & Cross-Industry Explorer: Balance multiple projects, across diverse industries and geographies, supporting the team with material generation, researching market trends, and preparing for pivotal meetings.
