Job Description

We are looking for a motivated Business Analyst Intern to join our Project Management Quality (PMQ) office and gain hands-on experience in business analysis, project governance, process documentation, and KPI reporting within an international organisation.

What awaits you?

• Review and clean up outdated requirements and tickets in Jira, confirming their current status with Business Owners.
• Support the maintenance and organisation of process documentation and project or requirements descriptions.
• Assist with basic KPI reporting activities, including data collection, verification, and preparation of recurring reports.
• Help update and organise process maps and related materials.
• Perform other clearly defined administrative and analytical tasks assigned by the Team Leader, such as adding standardised comments or updating information across selected Jira projects.

What should you bring along?

• Current student status in Information Technology, Big Data, Data Analytics, Project Management, Business Informatics, Economics, Management, or a related field.
• Analytical mindset, attention to detail, and a structured approach to organising information.
• Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
• Interest in business analysis, project management, process mapping, data quality, or reporting.
• Good written and spoken English and Polish for day-to-day cooperation with local stakeholders.
• Ability to follow instructions, work carefully with repetitive tasks, and ask questions when clarification is needed.
• Collaborative, reliable, and willing to learn, with the ability to work independently and in a team; basic knowledge of Jira, process mapping tools, reporting, or data analysis is an advantage.
