As part of our digital transformation journey, we are strengthening our capabilities within Data Foundation and Master Data Management (MDM) to improve data quality, streamline business processes, and enable better decision-making across the organization.

We are looking for a proactive, analytical, and detail-oriented Business Analyst Intern who is curious about how businesses operate and interested in process improvement, data governance, and operational excellence.

In this role, you will work closely with business stakeholders, data owners, and technical teams to understand how processes work today, identify opportunities for improvement, and help shape how they should work in the future.

This is an opportunity to gain hands-on experience in business process analysis, data management, and digital transformation while working with colleagues across different functions.

Your role

As a Business Analyst Intern, you will support initiatives related to business process analysis and Master Data Management. You will help the team understand and document existing processes, identify improvement opportunities, and contribute to initiatives that improve data quality and operational efficiency.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Supporting the preparation of data quality insights, status reports, management presentations, and governance documentation.
• Developing and maintaining As-Is and To-Be process models, including master data lifecycle activities, roles, controls, approval flows, and system interactions.
• Analyzing business processes and operational metrics to identify opportunities to simplify workflows and improve efficiency.
• Creating and maintaining process maps, workflow diagrams, and operating procedures for key business functions.
• Supporting and, where appropriate, facilitating process discovery workshops, stakeholder interviews, and walkthrough sessions.
• Documenting end-to-end processes, including responsibilities, dependencies, handoffs, and interactions between business and technical teams.
• Contributing to broader data quality, Master Data Management, and process improvement initiatives.

What we're looking for

We are looking for someone who is curious, structured, and eager to learn. You don't need to have extensive professional experience — we value your analytical mindset, willingness to take initiative, and interest in understanding how businesses and processes work.

You are likely:

• Currently pursuing, or recently graduated from, a degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, Supply Chain Management, Management, or a related field.
• Interested in business process mapping, process improvement, operations, and data management.
• A strong analytical and structured thinker with great attention to detail.
• Comfortable working with Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and other business productivity tools.
• A clear communicator who can collaborate effectively with both business and technical stakeholders.
• Able to organize and manage multiple tasks while also working independently when needed.
• Curious and comfortable asking questions, challenging existing ways of working, and learning from others.
