Job Title:Business Analyst, Intermediate
Acts as key HR Systems global resource and 2nd level support ensuring consistency of data and processes in all HR systems across all global facilities, focusing on Oracle HCM.
Responsibility
Provide information/guidance via Oracle HR Support requests for policy/procedure questions and issues from all global Oracle HCM users, doing root cause analysis and escalating when necessary. Liaise with the appropriate stakeholders when issues arise ensuring the core Oracle HR Team is aware of all issues.
Work with all members of the Oracle team to efficiently deliver resolutions and improve overall customer satisfaction, providing support, expertise and back up to HCM System Support Analyst.
Lead end-to-end system testing, including regression testing for new releases, user acceptance testing and issue duplication testing, documenting results and issues and working with technical team to resolve when needed.
As part of the Oracle Team, execute Oracle and HR systems projects, implementations, and integrations. Partner with HR, IT and business stakeholders to gather, document, and validate business requirements. Translate needs into functional specifications and collaborate with technical teams to ensure alignment with system design and capabilities.
Analyze current HR system processes, identify inefficiencies, and recommend scalable, technology-driven solutions that enhance productivity and employee experience.
Develop rollout plans, create support documentation, and deliver communications through email, meetings, or training sessions to drive stakeholder adoption.
Enhance reporting capabilities of HCM data, including utilizing Power BI
Fulfill ad hoc reporting requests with strong Excel expertise, including data cleansing, validation, and analysis

Academic/Educational Requirements
Degree or diploma in Human Resources or Business Administration
Working towards or in possession of CHRP or CHRL Designation is an asset.
Required Skills/Experience
Minimum 3 years of progressive Human Resources Systems support and analysis experience including hands on experience with HR application support.Large scale HRIS system implementation experience is an asset.
Experience with Oracle HCM an asset
Strong technical aptitude, with proven analytical and root cause problem-solving skills
Strong customer service skills understanding system issue urgency
Excellent communication skills with the ability to engage, influence, and drive adoption among stakeholders
