Working closely with business partners, project teams, technology teams, and external vendors, the BA helps identify business needs, analyze opportunities, define requirements, and support the implementation of solutions that deliver measurable business value.

The BA serves as a key liaison between business and technology teams, ensuring that solutions meet business objectives, improve operational effectiveness, and support Equitable's commitment to delivering exceptional service to customers and advisors. Success in this role is achieved through the delivery of high-quality, well-defined requirements that accurately translate business needs into actionable solutions with minimal rework. The BA proactively identifies and assesses risks, gaps, dependencies, and impacts early in the project lifecycle, enabling informed decision-making and successful project execution.

By fostering strong relationships and maintaining effective stakeholder engagement throughout delivery, the BA ensures business and technology partners remain aligned and informed. The role also supports the validation and successful implementation of solutions, while continuously seeking opportunities to improve processes, enhance operational effectiveness, and drive ongoing business value across the organization.
