What You'll Be Doing | Mō te Tūranga


We are looking for an Intermediate level Business Analyst to support the delivery of AA’s marketing automation capability, helping unlock value from member data and enabling personalised, timely engagement.

This role supports both short‑term value delivery (activation of existing data) and a longer‑term evolution of the AA's integrated marketing automation solution

Key responsibilities

  • Elicit and document business requirements to support marketing automation initiatives
  • Work with stakeholders to identify opportunities to activate member data and deliver early value
  • Support journey design and post‑acquisition marketing use cases
  • Collaborate with delivery teams to define, validate, and support solution implementation
  • Assist with UAT planning, execution, and benefits validation
  • Contribute to continuous improvement across marketing and CRM capabilities

About You | Mōu

  • Experience as a Business Analyst in digital, data, or marketing environments
  • Exposure to marketing automation platforms
  • Strong analytical and problem‑solvin skills
  • Ability to translate business needs into clear, structured requirements
  • Confident stakeholder engagement and communication skills
  • Agile delivery experience preferred
