  Evaluate tasks impacting business functions, new setups, or upstream / downstream components.

  Review bug fixes and approve the Architectural Specification Document for module changes.

  Identify new business needs and prepare Solution Design documents for offering gaps.

  Identify future roadmap items, stay updated on industry trends, and deliver business / insurance training.
• 
  Train and support team members, and collaborate with the client Product Owner, internal / client Testers, and regression teams.

• 
  A relevant tertiary qualification would be beneficial (Business Administration, IT, etc.
• 
  Certification in Business Analysis (e.g., CBAP, CCBA, PMI-PBA).
• 
  Minimum 3 years as a Business Analyst.
• 
  Proficiency in Agile/Scrum, and demonstrated capability with requirements management (Jira, Confluence) and process mapping (Visio, Lucidchart).
• 
  Strong analytical, conceptual, and problem-solving abilities.
• 
  Exceptional verbal / written communication and presentation skills.
