Job Description

Our client, a leading global insurance firm, is looking for various experienced Business Analysts to join their growing team in Asia to assist them on their Change projects.

Responsibilities:

• Analyze claim process and procedures and implement a Target Operation Model for business
• Review current business process and develop a Target Operation Model for business
• Adopt best business processes, system and technology solution
• Work closely with business and IT teams to ensure the process / systems are implemented smoothly
• Manage end-to-end project implementation from requirement collection, business analysis, implementation and UAT
• Run projects using Agile/Scrum methodology

Requirements:

• University degree in Banking/Finance or any related disciplines
• Minimum 4 - 8 years solid experience in insurance industry
• Experience in life insurance products and related backend processes and systems (e.g. policy admin, claims etc)
• Great team player, independent, a strong sense of responsibility and self-motivated
• Fluent written and spoken Cantonese and English
