SEB isn’t just a bank, we are also a modern technology company with many talented IT professionals - product owners, business developers, finance and risk experts, analysts, architects, software developers. There are more than 200 systems and applications where all bank products, business processes, channels, and data are created and maintained by the Product & Technology Development department.

You will become part of an experienced international Private Lending team responsible for developing and launching private lending products across all three Baltic markets. Working in a pan-Baltic setup, you will collaborate closely with IT specialists and other teams to turn business, customer, and regulatory needs into effective lending solutions.

In this role, you will have the opportunity to shape private lending products used across the Baltics and influence how they develop over time. You will gain broad exposure to product development, regulation, technology, and cross-Baltic stakeholder collaboration while taking real ownership of solutions from idea to implementation.

Your key responsibilities will include

Develop, deliver and maintain private loan products

Prepare, coordinate and support developments related to such loans

Negotiate and make agreements with internal and external stakeholders and partners

Participate in development projects

Support and advise front-line employees

You will be the right fit if you have

Good English skills, as you will be working within an international team

Good Estonian skills, as you will be working within local and regulatory documents

Experience and knowledge of credit products, processes and regulatory framework

Communication and effective cooperation with team members, as well as stakeholders across the Baltics

Strong determination to find and argue for new solutions to tough problems

Ability to manage priorities and workload effectively and independently
