The primary role and responsibilities will be to perform project activities that include gathering and documenting business needs and requirements, establishing test plan, develop test scenarios and assisting in testing processes. The Requirements Analyst will work closely with other team members to document the user stories (requirements) and acceptance criteria for development and participate in testing activities for each development phase.

Required Job Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree required
  • Demonstrated ability to communicate in both verbal and written communication
  • Demonstrated ability to facilitate, capture and document business needs and requirements
  • Basic understanding of information technology and business concepts
  • Familiarity with general business functions
  • Excellent analytical and problem solving skills
  • Strong attention to detail, accuracy and ability to meet deadlines.
  • Ability to coordinate with others to push projects to completion and develop creative solutions to overcome obstacles.
  • Minimum 3-5 years of experience working in IT or a related field
  • Experience with Full Lifecycle Development (SDLC)
  • Knowledge of various types of data files (inbound and outbound).
  • Experience with user acceptance testing activities, plans, and tracking changes through sign-off required
  • Ability to multi-task and manage workload in accordance to set priorities
  • Strong interpersonal communication skills and ability to interact and collaborate with employees and customers at all levels
  • Experience in creating, maintaining and executing test scripts.
  • Ability to write up test criteria’s and test cases.

Preferred Job Qualifications:

  • Advanced degrees are preferred

The compensation offered will vary depending on your job-related skills, education, knowledge, and experience. This role aligns with an annual incentive bonus plan subject to the terms and the conditions of the plan.

Min to Max Range:

$57,800.00 - $108,500.00

Exact compensation may vary based on skills, experience, and location.
