Job Description

PSI Pax Inc has an exciting opportunity for a Business Analyst III to join our team. Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Assist in applying common best practices for the industry to the customer using a knowledge base to create conceptual business models and to identify relevant issues and considerations in selecting application software packages.
  • Assess the operational and functional baseline of an organization and its organizational components and help to define the direction and strategy for an engagement while ensuring the organizational needs are being addressed. Typical areas addressed include Human Resources, Finance, Supply, and operations.
  • Identify information technology inadequacies and/or deficiencies that affect the functional area’s ability to support/meet organizational goals.
  • Generate functional area strategies for enhanced IT operations in a cross-functional area mode throughout the organization.
  • Participate in account strategy sessions, strategic assessments and design reviews to validate enterprise approach and associated work products, such as ERP implementations coordinating the resolution of highly complex problems and tasks.

Qualifications:

  • Secret Clearance. Candidate selected will be subject to a government background investigation and must meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information.
  • At least seven (7) years of professional experience with Navy ERP or SAP with the following User Management, Training, or Specific Modules (FI, FM, CO, SD, PS, MM, IM, WM, AM).
  • Must be proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Must work well independently; can interface with customers in senior/executive level positions.
  • Must have strong written and verbal communication skills and must provide customer service both internally and externally.
  • Familiarity with help desk systems such as the National Help Desk Service Manager (NHDSM), Service Now, or similar is desirable.
  • Must have experience with Microsoft Applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

Education:

  • A Bachelor’s degree Or,
  • A High School Diploma, and three (3) additional years of relevant experience with Navy ERP specific module experience can be substituted for the bachelor’s degree.
