Location: Ideal candidates will be able to report to our Pulse Point location at 7550 Teague Rd Ste 500 Hanover, MD.

Onsite: This role requires associates to work from the posted locations full-time, enabling consistent face-to-face collaboration, teamwork, and direct engagement. This policy promotes an environment built on in-person interaction, communication, and immediate support.

Work Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:00 am to 5:00 pm

The Business Analyst III is responsible for serving as the liaison between the business and IT in translating complex business needs into application software.

How You Will Make an Impact:

  • Analyze complex end-user needs to determine optimal means of meeting those needs.
  • Determine specific business application software requirements to address complex business needs.
  • Develop project plans and identify and coordinate resources, involving those outside the unit.
  • Work with programming staff to ensure requirements will be incorporated into system design and testing.
  • Act as a resource to users of the software to address questions/issues.
  • May provide direction and guidance to team members.

Minimum Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Healthcare, Information Technology, Business Administration, Pharmacy, or related field of study.
  • Five (5) years of required business analysis or related experience.

Experience Requirements:

  • Five (5) years of required business analysis, or related experience must include:
    • Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC)
    • SQL (Structured Query Language)
    • At least 6 months of Healthcare industry experience
    • Data analytics
    • Ability to review, understand and apply regulatory requirements to ensure compliance
    • JIRA
    • MS Visio
    • Agile methodology
    • Test Reports
    • Quality Assurance (QA Manual Testing and Automation Testing)
    • Sharepoint
    • Tableau
    • CVE- Claims adjudication
    • Prior Authorization Hub
    • Rxticket

Alternate Education:

  • Employer will accept a Master’s degree in Healthcare, Information Technology, Business Administration, Pharmacy, or related field of study.
  • Three (3) years of required business analysis, or related experience. Must have skills listed above.

For candidates working in person or virtually in the below location(s), the salary* range for this specific position is $113,028 to $114,028 per year.
