As a Business Systems Analyst II, you'll work in a global environment and contribute to enterprise application systems. You will own the responsibilities of business analysis end to end. You'll come up with innovative solutions for business problems and coordinate with development teams to implement them.

As a Business Systems Analyst II, you will be responsible for :

• Partnering with stakeholders to analyze challenges and deliver scalable solutions for business success.
• Driving requirement discussions, documenting needs, and presenting clear insights to stakeholders and teams.
• Collaborating with teams to deliver timely, business-aligned solutions.
• Coordinating and leading user acceptance testing and resolving user issues post go-live
• Developing an in-depth understanding of applications, the data model, and its mapping to the various business processes.

Do what you love

To be successful in this role you will need to:

• Bring 3-6 years of BSA experience in ERP/CRM, Billing, Ordering, or Contracting, with a bachelor’s degree.
• Some level of expertise in writing SQL queries to retrieve data for running analyses.

• Functional experience in Oracle Cloud (Accounts Receivable) or R12

• Ability to tell a story based on data - to help drive decisions.
• Demonstrate knowledge of Agile development, SDLC, and tools like JIRA, Confluence, and Microsoft Office (Project, PowerPoint, Word, Excel).
• Leverage good strategic skills to map future business processes while maintaining a professional business attitude and awareness.
• Excel in written and verbal communication to effectively collaborate with business and IT stakeholders. Willingness to learn and adapt to custom applications.

• Proven experience in managing multiple projects or workstreams simultaneously, with strong prioritization skills.
