Job DetailsJob Location: King George, VA 22485Overview
SCCI is seeking a highly skilled Business Analyst to join our team in support of a Weapon System Program. In this role, you will interface with functional areas across the program to support requirements analysis, change management, and stakeholder facilitation to ensure successful delivery of capabilities to end-users. This is an onsite position, available for immediate hire and is located in Dahlgren, VA.

Responsibilities:
Requirements Analysis & Management:
Perform business and system analysis to define, analyze, and validate improvements to processes and operations
Work with stakeholders across technical teams to elicit, document, and prioritize user requirements
Translate business requirements into functional specifications and design options to analyze and validate user needs
Act as liaison between end-users/stakeholders and development teams throughout the project lifecycle
Testing & Quality Assurance:
Facilitate and support user acceptance testing (UAT) and quality assurance activities to ensure solutions meet stakeholder requirements
Develop test scenarios and validation criteria based on documented requirements
Training & Documentation:
Develop and maintain training materials, user guides, and quick reference documentation for assigned projects and process improvements
Assist in communicating system enhancements and updates to the user community
Provide ongoing training and support to end-users as needed
Process Documentation & Policy Support:
Develop and maintain process documentation, including Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), quality assurance checklists, policies, and procedural guidance
Facilitate review and approval of documentation with applicable stakeholders
Support program process improvement and policy development efforts
Essential Skills and Experience:
Must be a U.S. Citizen and be able to obtain and maintain an active Secret Security Clearance
A Bachelor's degree in a field that incudes data analytics or 4 years of experience working in data analytics and business process automation/analysis
One (1) to three (3) years of experience in analyzing and evaluating the effectiveness of program operations in meeting established goals, requirements, and objectives
Ability to analyze information to develop program reporting systems including the systems specifications, data gathering and analytical techniques, and systems evaluation methodology
Ability to develop management and/or program evaluation plans, procedures, and methodology
Proficiency in analyzing and evaluating proposed changes to organizational missions and operating procedures to assess impact and feasibility
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Visio
Ability to create requirements specifications in both technical and user-friendly language/formats
Experience with facilitation and interacting with project stakeholders across all levels of the organization to recommend solutions that meet customer needs
Experience facilitating and participating in user acceptance testing, change management, and implementation support
Excellent communication, documentation, and presentation skills
Self-starter with exceptional ownership mentality and ability to work in a fast-paced, rapid development environments
Proactive problem-solving skills with ability to identify needs and recommend solutions
Preferred Skills and Experience:
One (1) to three (3) years’ experience demonstrated in business process/systems analysis or related position performing requirements elicitation, analysis, and documentation, as well as documenting proof-of-concept designs to validate requirements
