Position Specific Description
Business Analyst II role is responsible for analyzing and developing improvements to business processes and identifying and facilitating the creation of appropriate reporting around each function. This role will serve as the subject matter expert in areas of invoicing and managing complex customers in both ERCOT and Northeast markets, residential billing in Northeast markets as well partnering with the Commercial Sales team to ensure timely and accurate billing of our customers.
Employees in this role conduct basic operational analyses that support informed decision making within the business unit. Key responsibilities include small to medium special projects, quantitative and qualitative research, process design and modification, and report development. Individuals in this role apply standardized tools and techniques.
Job Duties & Responsibilities
Conducts invoice audits for ERCOT Commercial customers.
Responsible for product set up for complex managed product customers.
Responsible for running control reporting for both ERCOT and Northeast markets and working
Participates in identifying and recommending process improvement solutions for increased overall performance, productivity, and capability
Prepares spreadsheets, graphics, and word documents as required for tracking, reporting, analysis, documentation, and presentations
Provide frequent and consistent communication to Management staff on deliverables and status updates
Ensures compliance of rules and regulations across all customer segments in all states
Assists in creating and maintaining process documentation across markets
Performs other job-related duties as assigned
