Whatyou’lldo

• Capturebusinessrequirementsand technical details frommultiple stakeholdersforRFP,upgrades,anddevelopmentenhancements

• Documentbusiness processesusing flow diagrams and use cases

• Analyze capabilities of business systems andleveragethemto meetbusiness needs

• Performdata analysis toidentifypatterns and prepare metrics

• Support configuration of functional workflowsinbusiness systems

• Identifygapsandrisksaproposedsolutionhason operations

• Align business requests with the volume ofchangetheimpacted business teamscanmanage

• Testnew features for alignmentwith business processesandexpected functionality

• Gatherend-userfeedback,identifyingdeficiencies,andpotentialimprovements

• RunUAT,End to End, Train theTrainer,and Go Livesessions to supporttheroll-out ofnew tech

• ProduceSOPs, FAQs, andjobaids whereneeded,to helpthebusinessadapt tochange

Whatwe’relooking for:

• 5+ years’ experienceasBusiness Analyst

• 2+ years’ experienceusing Change Management techniques

• Exceptionalwritten and verbalcommunication skills

• Experience in an agile environment

• IIBAcertification preferred

• BachelorofComputer Science, Management Information Systems, or related field

Annualized Compensation Range

$85,000.00 - $95,000.00

Starting pay offered will consider skills and experience. Your pay can grow as you build your career with us.
