Job Description


As a Business Analyst, you will:

  • Act as a bridge between business and technical teams, ensuring smooth collaboration across multiple stakeholders.

  • Drive end-to-end implementation of credit risk regulatory and policy framework projects.

  • Facilitate workshops, discussions, and alignment sessions to translate regulatory requirements into actionable solutions.

  • Support design, development, and deployment of risk models and processes.

  • Explore opportunities to leverage AI/ML/GenAI in credit risk management to improve efficiency and compliance outcomes.

What You Bring to the Table:

  • 6–8 years of experience in credit risk management, risk policy implementation, or regulatory change programs.

  • Proven ability to manage and align diverse stakeholders across business and technology domains.

  • Hands-on experience with credit risk frameworks (e.g., Basel, IFRS 9, Stress Testing, Internal Rating Models).

  • Familiarity with regulatory reporting and governance processes.

  • Awareness or working knowledge of AI/ML/GenAI applications in financial risk or compliance domains (preferred).

You Should Possess the Ability to:

  • Communicate complex technical and regulatory topics clearly to both business and technical audiences.

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, managing expectations and ensuring timely delivery.

  • Anticipate risks, raise issues proactively, and drive resolution.

  • Adapt to evolving regulatory environments and organizational priorities.
